Pentagon is the place where this future ship has been developed and now it is being tested on the sea. This technology gone on its way is just amazing, the vessel has been taken out to the sea and its capabilities need to come to the surface. It is called a vessel because it is not particularly a ship, but it is compiled together with the future ship category. The vessel is going to float on the surface of the water, totally without any people on it. The purpose of the unmanned vessel will be the expeditions and the observation of the waters.

It is a self-driving future ship called ‘Sea Hunter‘, which is exactly 132 feet long. It is so big even though on the video it might look shorter than it really is. The ship is able to travel 10 000 miles on its own. It is the state of the art ship which doesn’t require any man on board to control it or to feed the engines on it. The discovery of the submarines will be the primary function of the self-driving unmanned vessel. Having a scout in the sea or the ocean like this future ship is the best thing to have to keep you informed about what everything is moving on or under the water. The submarines of the future have systems that are going to reflect the radar of the vessel, but it has other aces under the sleeve.  There is no way that a submarine could pass under the vessel without being noticed by it.

The Pentagon really knows what they are doing and they are not spending their money for nothing. This unmanned vessel is going to bring a lot of security to the country looking out of the curious submarines that other countries might have sent them.
