This RC Virgin Boeing 747 is a majestic remote control model of a plane that is designed and built by Adi Pitz. However the pilot on the video is Rainer Kamitz that shows us how a remote control plane should actually be controlled. The plane as you can see in the video is exact like the passenger planes that people use to fly, but the size is smaller. It has a weight of 68 kilogram. That is too much for a remote control device, but if you watch the video you will know that the size of the Virgin Boeing 747 is just as it should to be, because knowing the fact that the plane is 5.43 meter long we could even say that is lighter than we expected to be.
The Virgin Boeing 747 400 flies perfectly without any trouble. That is not strange at all knowing that it offers a 4x IQ Hammer 140 Turbine. This kind of turbine gives enough power to the Virgin 747 to take off from the ground and fly without any problems, even though it has 68 kilograms. It means that the engine is quite powerful. The remote control Boeing has a wingspan of 4.95 meters. We give big credit to Adi Pitz because he has made excellent job with this remote control plane. We didn’t think that the fly testing would go so well, but we were clearly wrong. Another interesting fact about the Virgin Boeing 747 is that this plane has second name or nickname. We don’t know what it is but we like it. It is also known and called “Pretty Woman”. Nice name right?
Make sure that you watch the whole video, because believe us you won’t be disappointed. Enjoy the video!
