There was a great project many years ago and it involved the electromagnetic suspension for cars. But it never hit the production stage, and we will reveal why that is. First we will take a look of the suspension test and we can clearly see that it is working wonders with the ride. As the host of the video explains the idea was to keep the body of the car leveled at all times. At bumpy roads, high speed driving or sudden brake, it should be level at all times. They will make a test with the electromagnetic car suspension mounted on a test car and there will be another car with normal suspension just to see the difference between the two.
The car with the test suspension will make a sharp turn left then sharp turn right and then sudden stop is required. Then the comparison car with the normal suspension will do the same exact thing and a comparison will be made from both. Now we can clearly see that the e-suspension is working so well and the car stays leveled at the turns and at the stops too. The car with the normal suspension is wobbling and at the stop the front end lowers to the ground which is not a case with the other one.
The company that wanted to produce this new invented suspension was called Bose and they were in a good start with making the prototype and the tests that were done were great too. There is no way that this car with the electromagnetic suspension will lose its level, it will always stay incredibly flat at all circumstances and the normal suspension just looks very bad when compared to this. Watch the video and find out why it didn’t make the production.
