The original intent was to swamp the factory made TH 350 with a 200-4 R automatic transmission and ended up with a Tremec TKO 600 five speed. For the control of the huge HP and torque, they needed to install a heavy duty clutch strong lightweight driveshaft. And for the chassis strength they needed an assistance from Heidts Hot Rods and Muscle Cars so that the right numbers would be achieved. Therefore a couple of inches smaller Heidts four link suspension was installed on the rear to fit the increased length in the wheels and tires that they have originally planned. And on the front they used T Heidts Pro-G subframe with a rack and pinion steering for better steering abilities.
The final result is a stunning muscle car with all of the performance characteristics of a modern day Camaro. See it for yourself.
