The Topsy-Turvy School Bus

Nicknamed “Topsy” this vehicle is actually made from two school buses which are welded together, one upside down on top of the other. It was made in 2007 by Oakland car artist Tom Kennedy. It runs on used vegetable oil which is collected from restaurants along the way. Currently it is used for tours around the U.S. in different campaigns aimed at questioning policy decisions which produced mixed results. Pretty cool!
