This time we want to bring you a little history about the ‘Cuda moniker. That’s right, many people think that this is only a shortcut from the whole name but actually, only the fastest Barracudas were named like that!
And what that means? That means under the hood there must be a Hemi Cuda set up else the moniker cannot be applied on the tail! But when you see a Barracuda signed as ‘Cuda you should know that this innocent looking muscle car is powered by the outrageous Mopar HEMI V8 engine!
That translated in human understandable language means, 426 cubic inches V8 engine with 425BHP and 490lb-ft of torque output! But what’s even more impressive is that this performances are owned from an old granddaddy form the 70s.
That’s right, here we have a 1970 Plymouth Barracuda which obviously was receiving a special treatments in the past to protect the shape which he owns today.
Everything from the bodywork, interior, exterior the engine the suspension, everything is in stock shape! Maybe what you will see in the video below is the most authentic and one of the rarest ‘Cuda ever made! Even the most passionate Ford and Chevy fans will admit that this car is an engineering achievement which is hard to be matched!
