Probably this Beetle Engine Swap project is not using the stock chassis and only the flip body is added to cover the mighty engineering from above. More to say it’s used as mascot to look funny and not dangerous. The purpose is clear, to seduce the opponents with its naïve looking style and next torn them apart on the racing strip.
