This is one crazy idea to build a pulse jet trike drifting which will be able to drift like crazy on the asphalt. It is great to see that these mechanics know how to install a jet engine, it means that this sport will be taken to a whole new level now with the installation of this one. And the starting of the jet drift trike is just too hard. You will need two accessories in order to start the jet engine, if it doesn’t catch fire that is. And as the host of the video is a little bit sloppy catching fire is as close as it gets.

Maybe it was a bad idea to strap this jet engine to the trike but the builder though it was great and we don’t interfere with his intentions. Maybe it would be better if it was placed on something heavier, like an ATV or a Go Kart for God’s sake, now this way the trike is just too lightweight and it is drifting like crazy on the asphalt. Also the turbines are placed sideways so this makes it a lot easier for drifting, as the thrust from the jet engine will push the trike sideways too. Now drifting is great with this jet drift trike but we would love to see some high speed driving as well as we know that this engine is so powerful and it can drive this trike like crazy.

The master driver Colin Furze showed some great skills for trike driving, and drifting too as he managed to make the perfect donuts at few tries. There is a good chance that this trike could blow up in the middle of the drifting because as we can see once it caught fire and the second time it will be a disaster too.
