Guys you definitely need to check out this EPIC DRONE POV showing a wild Fox Body Ford Mustang car with wings as it FLIES 300 feet THROUGH THE AIR!!!
None of us wants to see these types of crashes, but when they unfortunately do occur, getting that “one” angle makes a big difference. While Stevie ‘Fast’ Jackson was lucky enough to walk away alive from this, it doesn’t make this situation any easier since he has a very special bond with his Fox body Ford Mustang nicknamed the “Shadow”. Our hearts were all hoping for him to come out of the burning wreck and thank the racing Gods he got out of the car just in time to escape the fire!
The epic crash happened during the third round of eliminations of the No Mercy 7 drag racing event that took place at the South Georgia Motorsports Park in Cecil, Georgia two weeks ago.
Our man Stevie ‘Fast’ Jackson was set up on the drag strip vs. DeWayne ‘Big Daddy’ Mills for an amazing show. DeWayne was driving a gold first generation Chevy Camaro, while Stevie was in his precious white Fox Body Ford Mustang ‘Shadow’ which seems as it’s been sent straight from Hell itself.
During the first half a second of this race, things went just smoothly. But, when Stevie had his throttle pushed down to the floor, and his supercharged Fox body Ford Mustang tipped the back into a wild wheelie.
Seemingly undisturbed by this sudden situation, Stevie kept the pedal down, pushing the blown Mustang further back onto the rear tires before getting it so upright that the car fell onto the rear bumper and flew 300 feet into the air.
Even with the crash of his beloved Fox body Ford Mustang, Stevie still walked around with a positive thought and plans to get back in the game until early spring next year! Talk about a proper drag racing attitude. That’s the spirit Stevie, we’re proud of you buddy!
