The Convincer, a machine which main purpose is to convince the people in the benefits of the seat belt! Actually it operates very simple, it simulates a crash at speed of 5mph while the person is seating on it bounded with the seatbelt!

The State Police understood the need to educate the people of the importance of the seat belt and the speed with which they drive on the road! We are sending greetings at the moment to the inventor of this Seat Belt Convincer and the State Police about their mission!
