This is one event coming from the DC police that did not end as it should. What seems to be a painless routine from the cop turned out to be the nightmare for the girl that got involved here. This is an event that ended badly and happened on May 24, 2015 in Tacoma, Washington DC. Monique Charlene Tillman is the name of the girl that was stopped by the DC police officer just for a check and after that the story got a little harder than this. It seemed like it should be the documents check, like the ID but something went horribly wrong there.

As from the footage of the security camera that is installed on the roof of the building we can see Charlene riding her bike and then the DC police stopped her. There is no microphone on the camera so we don’t know what they are talking about, but one minute after they stopped here she got the taser gun on her belly and went on the ground. The DC Cop that stopped her claims that she attacked him first and that’s why he had to use the taser gun to defend himself. As we can see that is not exactly the case there but who are we to argue with the Washington  DC police? We are here just to see what has happened that day and why we need to steer clear from the cops, even if we are riding on our safe bike and not breaking any rules or laws while doing it.

The whole case has been mashed down by the department and nobody will ever know what has happened exactly between the girl and the cop, because nobody wants to testify against the cop. Watch and be careful the next time when you talk to a cop.
