1932 Ford Hi-Boy Roadster “Spirit of McGee” At 2015 SEMA Motor Show Preparing For 45-TH ANNIVERSARY Barret-Jackson 2016 Auction!!!

An automotive display wouldn’t be a true automotive display if it doesn’t feature some nice classic cars that entered the automotive history. Especially when it comes to epic American machines such as the good old rides from the 1930s.

And this is exactly what we have on the following video that we made at this year’s SEMA Motor Show. The question naturally arises: what would be a car show held in the United States if you can’t find any Ford Roadsters there?

The presented model in our video is a nicely restored 1932 Ford Hi-Boy Roadster nicknamed the “Spirit of McGee”. The legacy of the McGee roadster simply represents the history of hotrodding in Southern California. What’s even better about the auction is that all of the proceedings will be given to benefit the Alex Xydias Center For Automotive Arts, a division of the Learning Center at the Fairplex in Pomona, California. This Ford Roadster was built with the joint efforts of industry sponsors of the Learning Center at Fairplex and students at Alex Xydias Center.

The car is set for sale at the 45-th anniversary auction of Barrett-Jackson 2016 which will be held in Scottsdale, Arizona on January 23-31, 2016. We are pretty much sure that it will raise a high price.
