Mike and Dianne Edwards decided to transform their `39 Ford Deluxe Coupe.
They do not have any plans of changing its outward appearance; on the contrary, they are going to keep the classic original look designed by E. T. (Bob) Gregorie, who was back then Ford design head.
The Edwards couple decided to focus on the motor, driveline, and chassis. The TCI chassis reflects stamina and stiffness, along with a A-arm front suspension, pinion and rack steering. There is a Chevrolet LS3 crate motor which delivers 450hp, and Tremec 5-speed transmission.
We must admit that this Deluxe is a fantastic work of art, both physically, as well as functionally.
