Inside Line Video has made a great track compartment between the new and the old. In this video we can see how a 2011 Dodge Charger is compared to the old general Lee Charger.
So the performance that the 2011 Dodge Charger shows is 0-60 mph in 5.4 sec, 1/4 mile in 13.7 sec @102.8mph. Now the 1969 Dodge Charger (General Lee) is also showing some good performance, with 0-60 mph in 6.2sec, 1/4 mile in 14.3 sec @99.3mph.
Now it comes to the braking system, the 1969 Dodge has from 60-0 in 181 ft. and the 2011 Dodge Charger had form 60-0 mph in 114 ft. so the new Dodge had a better braking system as expected. Here are also some usual information’s. 1969 Dodge had a Skidpad of 0.74g and the 2011 Dodge had Skidpad of 0.81g, and finally the Slalom of the 1969 Dodge is 56.9 mph, and the 2011 Dodge had Slalom of 64.1 mph.
