The undisputed champion in the class of performance and uniqueness made his debut and it’s our personal honor to bring you the brand new 2017 Nissan GTR and its latest upgrades. Hiroshi Tamura, the chief engineer said the company wanted to manufacture a standalone sports car with unique and remarkable performance while fitting the adrenaline spirit. We must say, they are succeeding with that since the first Nissan GT-R R32 model.
The new 2017 Nissan GTR engine is built by Takumi, for whom Tamura says it is another important part of the Nissan DNA. The masterminds in Nissan managed to increase the horsepower of the 3.8-liter V6 twin-turbo engine on 565HP and 467lb-ft of torque pairing it with 6-speed dual clutch automatic transmission which send power to the rear and the front axle. Only this time, from the company believe that these refinements on the 2017 Nissan GT-R provide smoother shifts and less noise.
High importance the company gives to the engine quality and that’s why the installed the idea in the manufacturing process many of the engine’s parts to be hand made because only on that why they can provide high quality performance.
From the body perspective the new Nissan GT-R R36 received slight changes while the aerodynamics is significantly improved. The driving experience is already granted with the improved performances and the increased aerodynamics but from Nissan claim that the retuned suspension provides even more pleasant long distance ride.
To fit the whole picture for long distance trips, the 2017 Nissan GTR interior is luxuriously restyled with leather elements and fewer controls and next-generation multifunctional display. The majority of the interior parts are made with hand-crafted materials. Also while we are here it is worth to mention that the exhaust sound is reduced but enhanced inside the cockpit.
