Yeah you’ve might thought that this is some kind of joke but it’s not. It’s a real every day situation and this little guy with “driver’s license” is driving around and pranking people. Yeah, usually a prank is someone who deceives others using lies to make the situation more realistic, and all that just to make fun.

But as you can notice on the video the situation can’t be more realistic than this, the boy is well equipped with words and even medical statements. Yeah, he has some special disease, “midgetsimonia” as we understood right, meaning that he is actually 18 but this medical condition causes him to look like he’s 11 years old.

Not bad for an 11-year-old boy, he explained more than 5 times what is the problem and just once he was not sure with the words, but in all the other cases he was so convenient. We were just asking how all those people didn’t notice the boy’s father on the back seat. We suppose he was dying from laughing.
