The Italian premium corporation Lamborghini specializes in the production of very expensive supercars. Few people know that in the assets of the corporation is present the low-volume high-grade SUV called the Lamborghini LM002. This full-fledged SUV with brutal looks and outstanding performance has become an interesting proposition of the company, which was manufactured from 1988 to 1993.

For all these five years Lamborghini released a little more than three hundred of these vehicles

Lamborghini LM002 looks really menacing and possesses brutal features. But it is worth saying that the Lamborghini attempted to break into the SUV market not in order to get a share in this difficult segment. The corporation has sent the Lamborghini LM002 exclusively for the development of self-image, as evidenced by the 301 copies released in five years.

Under the hood of this SUV was installed a V12 engine which developed at the time unprecedented 455 horsepower.

To participate in the Paris-Dakar rally LM002 was significantly modified. Lamborghini engineers have increased its engine power to 600 horsepower, replaced the gearbox and ordered a custom design of the tires by the company Pirelli.
