All Original 1981 Lamborghini Countach LP400S Is A Dream Come True For Christmas!

Lamborghini Countach was conceived as a limited edition supercar to promote the brand Lamborghini. From 1984 to 1987, this car was considered the best in its class. In all there were 1,997 cars produced.

In May 1990, the Countach – the flagship of the brand Lamborghini – left the scene, replaced by Diablo. When Ferruccio Lamborghini decided to create a company which will produce super sports cars, he was eager to “wipe off Ferrari from the pedestal”. Lamborghini has surrounded himself with the best engineers of his time, among whom were the American Bob Wallace and Italian Paolo Stanzani.

The first step to achieving the goal was to create the Lamborghini Miura – a car with a fresh design and impressive speed, equipped with a V12 engine. This work took three years. Miura was the first car of the GT class with central transverse engine, able to compete with the Ferrari 365 GTB / 4 Daytona with a front engine. Inspired by the success of his first creations Lamborghini decided not to stop there and create a more vibrant and fastest car that would cause universal admiration. Thus was born the Countach.

Here is a sample of this magnificent legendary Lambo. Enjoy the view of it!
