Honestly we don’t know why the company survived an unusual end in 1931 and stopped the production suddenly! Just look at this beauty with an outstanding design exceeding its time and you will feel the caused damage and what we are missing now.
This specific 1928 Henderson Deluxe motorcycle is the last from the Deluxe class but yet the most advanced one with 79.4 cubic inches displacement and higher cylinder compression rate. The outcome is 35HP at 3,800rpms. Isn’t that amazing when above of these performance we add the amazing engine sound?
The moment we saw this unique masterpiece we imagined ourselves living in the 30s of the past centuries and our crew is riding Henderson motorcycles on open highway, something like James Dean style. And how you won’t be seduced and how you will stop the thoughts arising when it’s a real antique in front of your eyes, an unforgettable design from a time which will never come back.
There are some nostalgic feelings about this 1928 Henderson motorcycle which shift you back in time and yes, you want to jump on it and apply the proper pressure on the throttle… We could spend hours and hours talking about this motorcycle but it’s not our fault, we just love it.
