Featuring 3-inch extensions to the rear wheel arches that enabled the use of wheels which are 13-inch wider than the factory ones, this 2015 Ford Mustang convertible with a widebody kit by TS Designs is able to immediately grab a crowd with its curvy sculpture.
Yes indeed, those hips don’t lie – it’s just that they make the slipping into parking spaces just a little more claustrophobic. LOL 🙂
The rear wheels on this Mustang are a 22-inch Forgiato Formula units, with 21x 9.5-inch wheels on the front. The handling on the TS Designs Mustang is further aided by the use of Stage 3 performance chassis components provided by Steeda Autosports. These components include subframe support braces, adjustable toe links, lowering springs (3-inch on the front and 2-inch on the rear), as well as sway bars by Steeda. The enhancements of the Powertrain are only minimal, consisting of a K&N air filter, RaceTec intercooler, and a cat-back exhaust system from Magnaflow.
The crew at TS Designs hav not chased some high hp figures like many other concepts based on Ford which were heading down to SEMA, and that is just fine with us. What matters with this staggering ride is the overall looks which is absolutely fabulous.
