The RC Drift (radio-controlled drifting) is a maneuver possible through the radio-controlled cars, equivalent of the drifting played out by real cars. The radio controlled cars tend to reproduce the drift of the real cars. Using special tires, the small car models roam the layout of the track virtually lateral.
The car is shod with low grip and is configured to facilitate skidding and control thereof. The radio-controlled drifting takes skill and a good knowledge of his car. The practice is usually done with a four-wheel drive chassis to scale 1/10. However, there are smaller models in 1/12 and 1/24 scale to practice very easily indoors.
