Drift lovers are going to love this video which is all about drifting cars, smoking tires and blow-off valves sounds in the background. Watching it over and over again, we started to notice some things on these races. First, we see that before the race, there is one square track where the drivers get five or so minutes to get the car in running temperature, and more important to get the tires smoking hot.

If they enter in the race with cold start engine there is a high chance of breaking the engine in two. The engines work at high RPMs all the time, even they come to the maximum where the needle on the RPMs is dancing on the MAX. Here the blow-off valves take part, they enable the engine to quickly lower the RPM and blow-off some hot air. Customized cooling system is essential for these drifting cars, without one there is a chance that the engine will overheat in the first minute of the race. The tires are heated before the race too, so when the driver enters the race, there will be smoke coming out of them.
