Eshima Ohashi Is Japan’s Scariest and Craziest Bridge! Talking About A Real Vertigo!!! Have The Guts To Drive On It?

It will not be a revelation or a news flash if I say that the Japanese are well known for creating, building and constructing all kinds of things that appear to be like something that is out of this world. Their awesome cars like the legendary Nissan GTR, or the Toyota Supra, are something that Gearheads like us, know it very well, as well as some other Japanese things that we use on a daily basis in the US too. But fast cars and other hi-tech and advanced things are not the only things these people are building. Today we are going to show you something completely different (if you want to see the latest Japanese futuristic concept cars, click here). Behold the most dangerous bridge in Japan known as Eshima Ohashi.

It is one totally insane looking bridge located in the city of Matsue, that cannot escape your vision if you happen to find yourself there. It was constructed about eleven years ago, in 2004, and it would be safe if we say that it is the scariest looking bridge in the whole world. It has a very rigid frame, spanning more than 1 500 yards.

As you will see it for yourself in these two videos, when you start driving (climbing) through it, you are driving upwards by the angle of more than 45 degrees. And the reason why this insane structure was designed and constructed this way is for the huge 500 ton ships that are passing beneath it. Pretty smart, but also totally crazy solution, don’t you think so?

So check out the videos and sound off your thoughts about it in the comment section below.
