There is a routine among the gearheads in the world. They must learn first how a rotary engine works and then call themselves true gearheads. Now this engine is one of rarest and the least used ones in the world just because it is not enough fuel efficient and it doesn’t provide the same amount of power that a V6 engine could, or a single line 4 cylinder engine would. The process of the rotary engine is still the same as the line engine. The fuel and air mixture get inside and they blow up and there is your power. Simply put the rotary engine does the same thing. But the difference here is that the cylinders don’t move up and down on a crankshaft, they move in rotational movement. That’s why it is called a rotary engine. What we can tell you about this engine is that it is not widely used in one simple reason. It doesn’t place out the wanted HP and it is very hard to repair it after something has happened to it. And it is very gentle too, revving or drifting with it could damage it seriously.
