The Claas Xerion 3300 VC Octopus is not a new machine but since it last appeared on a recent video on this creation, I thought of sharing this one with you. It is a heavy duty tractor equipped with four massive cutting arms that stretch from the body of the tractor in order to mow hard reachable grass surfaces inside ditches alongside roads. Each of the arms is equipped with a giant Herder Grenadier MBK LSH mower positioned at a certain angle. This way it can do the job faster and more efficiently. Nothing for those who live in the city maybe, but definitely it’s in the right place when it comes to mowing ditches along roads. Clearing ditches of grass is actually very important since when a flood occurs and hey gets clogged, the water can be blocked for entire rural communities.
