Rally Car’s Wing RIPS OFF AT THE WORST POSSIBLE MOMENT At REPCO Race To The Sky Hillclimb Event In New Zealand!

It is not a pleasant situation indeed; at that enormous speed the driver could be killed! But when this happens, the only thing that is left for the team is to pray for the driver’s life.

And something very similar happened on the qualifying run on Race to the Sky hillclimb event in New Zealand. The unpleasant situation happened to Nobuhiro “Monster” Tajima while he was driving his rally Toyota car.

In the beginning he started mighty with full pressure on the throttle and he was doing fine, causing dust on his tale while drifting on the turns. Amazing, and now we are not surprised by his nickname Monster, because we saw what this guy is capable of doing. But for his misfortune someone from his team forgot to tighten the bolts on the rear wing!

And imagine what happened next? At full speed the rear wing opened and left the car body to fly into the sky. Maybe they literally understood the challenge “Race to the Sky”. But luckily the driver somehow managed to keep the car glued to the ground and prevent it from rolling. Yeah, the Toyota was fully destroyed but at the end who cares for the material things when everything will finish good!

Watch the video bellow and see what exactly happened.
