Koenigsegg Agera R is one masterpiece between the hypercars, produced in only 18 examples from 2011 to 2014. It is one of those hypercars which will mark the history of the early 21st century by its stunning performances and forever lasting design.
It is also worth to mention the engine’s advanced technology and fuel system which allows the car to run bio fuels. The system works on the way which senses the fuel and adjusts itself on the go. But we that’s not all and we have a lot more to add here.
We’ll start from Koenigsegg Agera R’s heart, the 5.0-liter V8 engine with 4 valves per cylinder with titanium connecting-rods and dry sump lubrication. The twin-turbo charger with 1.4 bars of boost pressure helps the car accelerate with the speed of light from 0 to 62mph in just 2.8 seconds. You will be amazed when you’ll find out the engine’s overall weight, only 197kg! With the engine is paired dual-clutch seven speed transmission which delivers the power through electronic differential. All these tech details sound confusing and too much but all them are synchronized by F1-styled traction control system with 5 modes of driving pleasure.
If we sum this all up the result is stunning 1,140HP and over 1,000Nm of torque! That’s how powerful the Koenigsegg Agera R is!
