Now he is building a luxury B&B wing to accompany his beautiful farmhouse, together with infinity pool and breathtaking views. Of course, you cannot avoid the barn full of Mazda MX5 cars that his guests can drive around the beautiful hills of Umbria.

Vitty got in touch with Andrea via e-mail from Mancini’s Miataland website. Miata was the name that Mazda used to sell the car in the North American market. Andrea replied right away with a positive response, inviting Vitty to come visit his home full of Miatas and do the filming.

After arriving in Rome, Vitty drove two hours north to a small village called Piedicolle near Todi, where the Miataland is located. It was everything the journalist had hoped it would be and even more, as Andrea Mancini and his wife Claudia made them feel very welcomed. The British guests were warmly greeted, shown around the farmhouse and then asked if they wanted to see where the Mazda magic happens. As they made their way to the barn house, Vitty quickly learned that Andrea has an unparalleled love for the MX5, which is why he undoubtedly the greatest car collector in the world. There isn’t any MX5, Miata or Eunos related that Andrea didn’t have.
