The capacity of the power unit was increased to 898 horsepower, which was attained at 6200 rpm. The incredible torque of 1047 Nm was available at 5250 rev/min. The sports car developed a speed of 410 km/h.In addition to this, it could boast with high level of comfort in the cabin.

In 1989, as an additional option for the C4 appeared the Aerobody kit. Later in 1991 the world saw the open version with a lowglazing line and was altered with the high quality  Connolly leather in the interior.

With all this said, the tuning studio Callaway released a huge amount of Corvette modifications with turbo and naturally aspirated engine. Some vehicles are shown only in one or two copies.

The masterpiece of engineering Corvette Callaway has been coveted and in demand. Fireballs participated in prestigious racing competitions including at Le Mans. The design of the car was so successful that even today it is relevant.
