Muscle Cars 10

At its beginnings, Chevrolet Corvette was not such an impressive car, but later on, after lots of improvements and optimization of all existing resources, Chevy managed to build one of the very best and most iconic muscle cars of all times. It became hell of a lot more attractive, appealing to every emotion that driver could have and going straight forward to his core in the need for speed sense.

To put it as simple as possible, it is a machine that attracts the looks with its masculine figure that is unveiling the racer from within. Under the hood there is an engine of 427 cubic that produces 425 HP and the Carburetor center gives an ability of the engine to easily achieve 7 500 rpm. The distance from a quarter of mile is being bridged in only 13.41 seconds at 109.5 mph. another baby of the brilliant mind of Zora Arkus-Duntov that will forever remain one of the very best and most desirable amongst all of the muscle cars.

The list is a bit one-sided. 6 GM products, 3 Chrysler’s, and 1 Ford. The 6 GM are 3 Corvettes; 2 Chevy’s; and 1 Buick. The 3 Chrysler’s are all Plymouths. And the lonely Ford wasn’t a viable option to the public at the time unless you had the cash for it. Same thing for the Corvettes; those were not easy to obtain for the everyman. The Plymouths were a readily accessible as was the Camaro, Chevelle, and Buick.
