Alfa Romeo 8C 2900B

Alfa Romeo 8C 2900 B is one of the most prestigious Italian cars of the late 1930s, the design of which was embodied with experience in creating sports models.

After the successful performance of the Alfa Romeo team in the race in 1936, where three new sports cars of the model 8C 2900A with 8-cylinder 2.9-liter engine producing 220 hp showed excellent athletic performance, the factory decided to release a limited batch of 8C 2900B roadsters, based on the units of the sports versions. For two years, from 1938 to 1939 it was collected only 30 copies of the model 8C 2300B, of which 20 had a wheelbase of 2800 mm and 10 -- 3000 mm.
