Here is the 1^st tale: Ford Model T for every worker

According to us, this might be the biggest tale ever said about him. The increasing of the wage in the company. Yeah, many rumors are connected with this tale, the near true one is that he increased the daily salary to $5 (no one received that high wage those days, especially not the industrial workers) on the assembly line workers. Yeah, and the background was that any worker could afford to buy the Ford Model T. Not true at all. Ford noticed that many of the workers are escaping from him, leaving in the middle of the shifts and all that spent unproductive time cost the company money. So according to him, that was the best investment he ever made it, because the workers were more satisfied, the training for new workers is unnecessary and the lost of productivity was reduced to minimum. But when Ford increases wages there must be something additional, that’s right, he invented the code of conduct. The workers must agree with the acts and sign it, their wives can’t work anywhere else instead of home, and they can’t drink and gamble. Even he created committee which will visit the workers homes to see if they behave as they signed.

We must admit, he was innovative mind, now we see from where are the origins of Big Brother.
