Not that Ford hates his workers on contrary he wanted or to be more precise he needed them in order to accomplish what he imagined. And honestly, that’s strong spirit. But he didn’t knows for limits, he was going so far in his workers privacy as we discussed above and he was trying to control large number of his workers because he was scared from unionization. And yeah, he was everything instead of liberal. He was going so far that he was temporarily closing down his company in the 1930s to prevent the National Labors Relation Board to come in, if that happened he will be forced to respect more the workers and give them more rights. For years he was avoiding this liberalization but in the 1941 he quit and signed with United Auto Workers.
To avoid the officials it’s quite a big deal, it demands balls and courage to postpone.
