Mercedes hasn`t stopped impressing us. There was the SLS Final Edition revealing, and now the company is displaying another bad-ass GLA concept car, or, more precisely, the GLA 45 AMG Concept car that will be unveiled at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show. This German company is presenting us a real high-performance SUV.
The same AMG 2.0-liter turbocharged engine installed in CLA 45 AMG or A45 AMG, will be powering Mercedes newest car model. Thus, an output of 360 horsepower and 331 pound-feet of torque is delivered. There is an all-wheel-drive system adjusted via an AMG SPEEDSHIFT DCT seven-speed sports transmission. The GLA 45 AMG hits from 0-to-60 mph in around 5 seconds.
The kit includes an AMG front apron with a large front splitter, a “twin-blade” radiator grille in silver chrome, large air intakes, side sill panels with high-gloss black inserts, a large rooftop spoiler and black roof rails.
The GLA 45 AMG concept will be running on AMG forged wheels in a cross-spoke design they will be painted black. More, they are wrapped in tires sized 255/35R21.
