Drifting is the sport where both the driver and the car need to show what they have in only half an hour or so. That’s why everybody has been practicing so long, for this race, to win it and become popular among the drifting world.

Drift normally is done by a very powerful car and quality tires, because the tires are maybe the most important part, aside from the engine of course. And as we can see here this Chevrolet Camaro has come prepared and the driver did his homework.

The other driver in the Scion seems to be familiar with the track as well, because instantly as he drove inside started revving the engine and making circles with his car, even before the race was started.

It is a tradition that before a drift race the drivers need to prepare the cars for the upcoming challenge, to warm them up and to warm up the tires as well, because if you drift a cold tire there is a chance that the tire would blow up and then you will lose precious time to change it and get back in the race again.
