Sadly Maserati Issues A Recall: Apparently The GranTurismo’s Door Latches Have NOT BEEN PROPERLY Heat-Treated!!!

Most of the companies keep the safety issue at number one on the list, but Maserati seems like they scratched that. Reportedly, the doors on the Maserati GranTurismo are not safe for the passengers in crash situation.

There was a test going on for a week and it showed that the doors of the Maserati GranTurismo haven’t been properly heat treated and they will fly off the car like birds when a crash happens.

That is the last thing that you need in a crash, because when you see a car from the outside, it should be a shelter, or a safe cell so to speak, that will keep you safe at all times, even in a crash, That is not the case with Maserati, which made a fatal mistake in the build of the car, without proper heat treatment on the hinges of the doors, they will fly away in a crash. The cars that have this problem are located and they have been produced from June 24 to September 2, 2015.

If you own one of these, there is a recall from Maserati, they will change it, too keep the customers happy and safe of course.
