The past month the well-known American tuning company Hennessey Performance, located in Texas, was able to create another masterpiece of a car. It is not the first time that the guys at Hennessey have got their skilled hands on some amazing pieces of machinery. So far we have witnessed what these masters can do when they have some beastly American muscles in their garage. Ford Mustang, Chevy Camaro, Chevy Corvette, Dodge Challenger and many others. Of course, we cannot miss to mention their one of a kind creation, the famous Hennessey Venom GT. In this case, it was time to boost up the 2016 Dodge Viper. This beautiful black baby was fortunate enough to be gifted with the Hennessey Venom 800 Supercharged upgrade. The main result of this tuning project was increasing the power of the engine.
If there are some among you who think that the current model of the Dodge Viper lacks power, you can always call the amazing guys at Hennessey Performance. They managed to deliver an all-motor 700 hp upgrade, or, turning to forced induction, a twin-turbo boost with total output of 1,120 hp. Very nice, don’t you think? 🙂 The 8.4-liter V10 engine under the hood of the Viper was left stock, while a furious supercharger was added to increase the power. Another lovely bonus that comes with this upgrade package is the 3-inch stainless steel exhaust system which spits some nice flames from time to time.
Due to the added power, the 2016 Dodge Viper is now able to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 2.9 sec, whereas the passing of the quarter mile run takes in 10.5 sec at speed of 143 mph. Just Listen to that Viper baby purr, it’s 800 hp! HPE Are Legendary!…Nuff said!
