Two years later, in 1997, comes the next full-length series of Batman – “Batman and Robin” in which starred Arnold Schwarzenegger and George Clooney. The Batmobile practically remained the same as in the film from 1995.

Production designer was not changed – Barbara Ling. According to Ling, she drew inspiration for the new version of the car for Batman in roadsters such as the Jaguar D-type and Delahaye 165. The designer confessed that it was primarily oriented to machines that were seen in comics before. Why such a big passion for huge fins? In general, the simple story, funky Batmobile, star cast and a lot of special effects did their job.
