Back in the ‘60s was born an idea that officially never came out as a reality! Yeah, back in 1960 Ford was planning to build a V12 engine for the GT90 Concept for Le Mans! But if you know, that never happened until we found this man who married two V6 302 Ford blocks.
And what do you think, why the company Ford never actually tried to produce this engine? The answer is simple, they were not allowed by the U.S. government because with those big muscles that they were producing in those days this engine would terrorize everything which was fed on petrol juice!
But this man Jan Baker had the courage to build it and hide successfully from the public until the day he released himself from the fear of what he has made! The time has come to put this masterpiece of an engine on the dyno and believe us it’s not easy to understand how this engine is running but we will try to bring you the idea.
Each engine-bank operates separately, the married couple only shares together the crankshaft and camshaft and the output of all that is amazing 697hp and 576lb-ft of torque.
Watch the video bellow and see how the engine is ringing.
