These polycarbonate see-through wheels are something that is worth seeing, and if you have the money to buy them, they are worth it too.

The inventor is named Doug McGoon, he presented the wheels on the SEMA Motor Show few years ago, but they are still a hit, and everybody wants to see them one more time. With the price tag of $5000 per wheel, these stunning see-through wheels are way too expensive to be mounted on some cheap car.

In order to use these wheels, and to be the main show-off in town, then you need to have some rare old-timer car, with these see-through wheels mounted on it. And that will not do the job, because of these wheels, you can see the braking system on the head of the axle, and the suspension, there is more trouble now.

The brakes need to be painted fresh in order to look cool, and the suspension will need an upgrade too. There is no way that you will be riding with these cool wheels with the stock springs that come with the car, that just wouldn’t be tasty and the whole style would be ruined.
