This Modified Roush Performance Ford Mustang is one of just 51 special Roush Mustangs ever produced. Since its manufacturing, this vehicle has been well kept. Its history does not involve any accidents or other types of damage. Roush has added a bit of style to the body. It repainted in high quality colors with glossy factory panels. Thus, this Mustang is a perfect blend of classic and modern features.
Roush`s 2008 P-51A was sold like a hot cake. It was immensely stocked in different collections. Primarily, it celebrated the company`s 17 year history. Roush Performance felt the need of repeating that success, so for the 2009 follow-up, they picked up this Ford Mustang.
Under the hood of the P-51B, there is an intercooled and supercharged 4.6 liter Ford V8 engine. Plus, it includes a whole range of performance upgrades featuring forged aluminum pistons, a forged steel crankshaft, forged steel H-beam connecting rods, unique high flow fuel injectors, a dual 60mm electronic throttle body, and a unique fuel rail.
The TVS Technology Roush charger is an Eaton style blower that is placed at the top of the engine and breathes through an air-to-liquid intercooler. In addition, in the blower, a custom Roush air induction system is adjusted and somewhere below the blower, there is a custom Roush Performance intake manifold.
When it comes to performance numbers, the engine produces 510 horsepower and an amazing 510 lb./ft. of torque. The assembler of the engine left his signature on the passenger’s side inner fender.
