Pontiac GTO
Pontiac GTO is considered to be one of the first true muscle cars. The idea was simple -- put a huge powerful engine in a fairly light body. As a result, under the hood of the GTO was installed eight-cylinder engine with capacity of 6.4 liters, an outstanding 325 hp of power, allowing the car to accelerate to 100 km / h in 6.6 seconds.
The GTO became a legend, so we have to admit that the car makers -- Russell Gee, Bill Collins and John DeLorean have achieved an excellent masterpiece. By the way, the Pontiac GTO was named by analogy with the equally legendary Ferrari 250 GTO.
