Watching a drag race is always a special feeling for every need for speed addict, when the very best can ‘put their money where their mouth is’, and prove just how fast and powerful they are. And I do not know about you, but I get the ultimate rush every time I see a drag race between opponents like these two, some of the best representatives of the golden era of American muscle cars. Not that I do not like watching a race between new Bugatti Veyron and Nissan GTR R35 for example, but there is something special in the moments like this, when you have such a legends facing each other on the strip, like these 1975 Chevy Camaro and 1963 Plymouth Hemi Belvedere.
What would be a better way for a race car to show off its engine power, than on the ‘battle ground’, right? And if you are a Mopar fan, than you really going to enjoy this video, as you are about to see the great ’63 Plymouth Hemi Belvedere, showing off its superiority by beating down the Camaro for a whole 2 seconds. The race took place only about a couple of weeks ago at Raceway Park in Old Bridge, at the beginning of this month. Take a look and enjoy it!
