KITT
The KITT was actually a customized 1982 Pontiac Trans Am appearing in the TV series Knight Rider (1982-1986). Before David Hasselhoff had begun working on the project “Baywatch”, he played in the TV series “Knight Rider.” In the series, his indispensable companion was a black 1982 Pontiac Firebird named KITT. The KITT’s management was executed by a supercomputer, so the car was able to talk, and drive on its own, even much better than when Hasselhoff was sitting behind the wheel.
