General Lee
One of the most recognizable American muscle cars seen on television, the 1969 Dodge Charger nicknamed General Lee appeared in the TV series Dukes of Hazzard which ran from 1979 to 1985. “The Dukes of Hazzard” Bo and Luke drove through the muddy streets of their native district in “The General Lee” -- a bright orange 1969 Dodge Charger with a flag on the roof of the Confederation and the numbers “01” on the board. The audience loved the car for its incredible jumping over buildings, ponds and even a train.
